Getting help
Write to [email protected] and a person will read it. We do not run a phone queue or a chat widget; email reaches us directly.
To get a useful answer faster, tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which device and operating system you were using. If something looked wrong on screen, a screenshot helps more than a description.
Product status
Forma is in private development with a small group of production partners and is not open to the public. If you are testing with us, use the same address above and mention which build you are on.
If you are not testing with us yet and would like to hear when Forma opens up, say so and we will keep you posted.
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge every email within one business day, New Zealand time, and to tell you either the answer or what we are doing about it. If something is broken and it is stopping you working, say so in the subject line and it moves to the front.
Where a fix needs a product change, we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting, and we will come back to you when it ships.
Our working hours are New Zealand time (UTC+12, or UTC+13 during daylight saving). Email sent overnight from the northern hemisphere is normally answered the following New Zealand morning.
What support covers
- Installing, updating and signing in to Forma.
- Problems with your account, your team's access, or your billing.
- Anything that is not working the way the product says it should.
- Questions about how your material is stored and who can see it.
- Requests to export, correct or delete your information.
- Reporting a security concern — mark the subject line "Security" and we will prioritise it.
Accounts and data
For anything about your account, your material stored with us, or a request to correct or remove your information, email the same address and say what you need. How we handle personal information is set out on our privacy page.
