This site is a small set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms and no shopping basket, and we do not ask you for personal information to read it.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies and run no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Nothing about your visit is stored on your device by us, and we do not build a profile of you.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to deliver the page to you, which includes your IP address, and it may keep short-term logs for security and reliability. We do not receive per-visitor reports from it.
Web fonts
Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files from Google, and Google therefore receives your IP address and basic request information. If you would rather avoid that, blocking third-party requests to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com will leave the site fully readable in your system fonts.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected] we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to answer you and to keep track of the conversation, and we keep it no longer than we need for that or for any legal obligation.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email [email protected] and tell us what you want and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner in New Zealand.
The Forma application
Forma the product is in private development and is not publicly available. It handles more than this website does, including accounts, uploaded media and the material production teams create, and some of its users are under 18.
A separate privacy policy covering the application will be published on this page before Forma is released to the public. It will set out what the product collects, where it is stored, who can see it, how long it is kept, how to delete it, and the specific protections that apply to users under 18. Until that policy is published, this page describes only the website.
